Well, I hope that you do! Good luck, girlie!
Still no growth, but I'm back on my Zinc and Super B Complex, so hopefully that will make the difference. My breasts are a little bit smaller, but are also fuller and very, VERY tender. I realized today that is usually what they do around my monthly before they start growing again so...let's hope this trend continues! For some reason, my breasts seem to be at their BIGGEST on the fifth day of my monthly. So we'll see in about a week if they're going to begin growing or not.
I hope I didn't begin my vitamins and minerals too late!
I also ordered my corset finally, so we'll see how that goes! And I've been using 10lb dumbbells for my butt workouts, and even though I just lost an inch from dieting and exercise, I've already gained it back. If this growth continues, I'll reach my goal of 42" in no time! (I'm so close to 41" again, and have long surpassed my original 40" goal!) My current stats are 36-26-40.5. Originally, I'm guessing I was around 33-27-36, so I really have come a long way. It's been such a journey. I need to stop getting hung up on my goals and focus more on what I've already accomplished. I look like a completely different person already. Everyone mentions how I look like I've put on so much more healthy weight now. I feel stronger. Heck, I can do leg circles and tricep kickbacks with 10lbs now! I struggled to do those things with 2lbs in the past!
So, congrats to me, I really need to start realizing how huge this really is! Everyone here deserves a huge thank you as well. You've all helped encourage me and teach me along the way. I wouldn't be here without you ladies. You really are my driving inspiration. Thank you, a million times, thank you!
EDIT:
Apparently my problem this whole time has been called PCOS. Didn't know there was a name for it. It also causes insulin resistance, which makes weight loss incredibly hard. I had a feeling that was my problem. So it's no wonder this program has worked so incredibly well for me; I just happened to get my hormones balanced from my original doses. However, my growth isn't going as well anymore, and while I know part of it is the new hormone imbalances (I really hope fixing the imbalance will show just a little more growth), this may mean that this is how much I would have grown breasts on my own had I never had this problem, and that growth from here on out is going to be much harder. I want to start drinking spearmint tea twice a day during the first half of my cycle to see if that can help balance me even more. Zinc should also be able to help with this problem, so I'm glad I'm back on it. I'm learning how to adjust my diet for insulin resistance, and it looks like I have to limit carbohydrates.
And to think all I thought I would learn about myself through NBE was going to be how to grow breasts...
Also, AbiDrew85 has suggested Saw Palmetto extract rather than the berries I've been buying. It means I'll be able to take a lot less a day to get the same results, and will save some money. For the rest of you ladies, regular SP might still do the trick in low doses, but for my incredibly high T-levels, I need around 2,500-3,000mgs a day to see results. This is all putting my program in a completely different perspective. There's so much to learn with NBE, it seems it never ends.
I might end up trying PM eventually if this program no longer is able to give me growth, because those with PCOS usually report the best growth with it. There's so much more research to be done at this point. Wish me luck!
