Hot and Cold Therapy?
#6

Many women use this same idea in the shower, bouncing their breasts under the water, switching from hot to cold water, back and forth for a few minutes, to keep their breasts looking firm and perky! I actually do it myself. Blush I don't think I'd enjoy the blow dryer as much as I enjoy the shower water, but I can't see why it shouldn't help.

Although if you do it in the shower, it'll help your skin all over, not just your breasts (giggidy).

Did not know about the collagen effect! Too cool! Maybe that's why my girls go CRAZY after I do this! I already do the shower thing to keep my immune system boosted but I do the blow dryer at times when I apply cream or oil. It's a really cool sensation. The air moves your breasts and you can angle it a billion different ways, it's kind of cool.
