SHBG disables ALL sex hormones, eventually, but places a strong emphasis on T and E1 long before E2. In other words, correctly supplemented, you can disable any remaining testosterone using SHBG supplementation without harming your estrogen...
The usefulness of this in any given program depends entirely on the individual. Remember, even women want a certain amount of active testosterone and for it to correctly bind to certain receptors to be healthy.
For people who have an extreme abundance of testosterone, SHBG can be ONE option for decreasing it. Personally, I don't feel it's quite selective enough and prefer using SP and CS for my T blocking.
