Hi :-) hope iv put this in the right section! Just wondering about dosage of herbs, im taking 2750mg of fenugreek (x5 550mg capsules) and 975mg of red clover (x3 325mg capsules) i also drink fennal and dandelion tea and massage with flaxseed oli with RC and FG caps added to it. Iv been doing this for 3 weeks and have 1/2 inch growth but this could be swelling due to my period. I have no bad side effects but after reading things on this forum it seems like to high a dosage could be couner-productive. Any advice is welcome :-)
