Well, currently I have nothing fancy going.

I just brush with a toothbrush lightly on my lips, or make a sugar-water paste and exfoliate. Only once every few weeks or so. Then I just glob on Vaseline Petroleum Jelly overnight and my lips are pretty smooth. Smile
