Thats pretty much correct. The only point I have an issue with, despite the fact that so many people repeat it, is " Permanent swelling becomes growth, because stretched tissue grows". IMO, that is only true as long as you keep taking/doing whatever caused the swelling in the first place.
If that wasn't the case, then every woman who has ever been pregnant would keep the greater volume caused by the prolactin swelling, and as we all know there is an unfortunate tendency for them to deflate and go saggy once breast feeding ends.
