If she's going to try aguaje I'd be tempted to take it by itself and nothing more, as it's effects are much debated I would be keen to see exactly what it does alone. I've seen aguaje suggested very often for butt growth, so I would really want to take without other herbs and monitor exactly what effects it has. If she doesn't want butt growth then possibly it might not be the best choice for her.
