Hello!!!
I am planning to start taking Fenugreek from tomorrow. However i dont have access to the extract and caps that generally ladies on this forum are taking. But the seeds are very easily available. So i was thinking i can take the seeds in powdered form but have no idea how much to take.
Please can anyone tell me how many tsp of fenugreek powder to be taken. I am not able to judge how much of mg that is in caps form could be in terms of teaspoons
