Stinging nettles dosage same as SP dosage?

Hi everyone. I'm about out of SP and need a new bottle. However, I think I've packed on a few pounds lately which could possibly be down to the SP and I'm wondering if I should replace my SP with stinging nettles. The question is would I take the same dosage? Does anyone know if stinging nettles are as potent as SP result-wise?
