I'll try to answer both your threads here. Yes phytoestrogens and progesterone combine very well, though flax seeds are weak phytoestrogens. While they may lower each other a little, estrogen requires progesterone to work. Pueraria mirifica is much stronger, and there are a few accounts of rapid results with PM + progesterone. It's also quite cheap. There's a whole section of these forums with more information which you should read first because it is very strong. Don't combine with flax seeds because they'll compete and flax might lessen the effect of the PM. The next item that costs little would be whole fenugreek seeds (not powder), such as from www.mountainroseherbs.com or another supplier of whole seeds. There are about 3 grams in a teaspoon of seeds. Soak overnight in water to prevent digestive problems, then rinse them off before consuming. Soaking seeds also dramatically increases B vitamins which are helpful. Eat raw or cooked. Start at 2 grams. If you feel faint or dizzy eat some sugar and stop using them; it's low blood sugar from increased insulin sensitivity. Otherwise if you feel fine you can use 2 to 25 grams where more has a greater and faster effect. For both including shipping you're looking at *at most* $80 for 6 months, or a lot less depending on dose.
There are other options but they're more expensive and less helpful. You could eat joint foods like tendon and cartilage off the ends of bones whenever you eat meat. Both contain collagen, which is an important raw material. The other expensive option instead of this would be MSM for sulfur. A little fresh fruit (not dried or canned) is also helpful not as a material but to assemble materials. You might also look into saw palmetto extract if you have the money, to lower dihydrotestosterone.
