I am using the regular L cups. I do have a small chest measurement (27.5" underbust), so I'm not sure if that factors in.

So you slowly increase suction over your wear time? How long do you have to pump to initially get the cups to stay in place?

The small chest measurement could factor I guess... It generally takes about 4 or 5 initial pumps before I can remove my hand and arm when using the large contoured cups.

I'm 32" underbust.
