If you have not added any extra protein, you are not giving BO a real chance. I believe it is imperative to add protein.

Check me out: I have low to no hormones(via tests confirmed) I am 30, no kids, hypothryroidism (hashimotos to be exact) and you know what that means: low BBTemps, stage 3 adrenal fatigue, BMI of barely 18 and I am barely in month three of BO (UB brand) and I have grown a bit every month. It wasn't until I added protein and within a months cycle, I noticed the new accumulated growth in the bra and slightly in measurement. I wish I started with protein in the beginning. I might have more growth.

For anyone doing BO whether its UB or BB brand, you must give it a real chance by adding the protein and at least getting your temps up as high as you can before you claim it is ineffective.
