AFAIK there's been nothing really proven for WY other than a few non-booby related things and the only thing that -MIGHT- explain the results are various studies showing that WY can boost fat generation... Not necessarily what we want, because if you discontinue WY or go on any kind of weight loss plan, you'll lose your WY gains. And your WY gains could just as easily go elsewhere as on your breasts... Though applied topically... Then we come to the question of absorption potential, and we still have to think about the potential for weight loss impacting the gains.
IMO... Wild Yam is just too... too much of a stab in the dark. It's been irrevocably proven to have absolutely no hormonal effects, the diosgenin MUST be processed in a lab to be turned into human hormones... And the lipids effect is much too uncontrolled and uncontrollable in my own opinion.
There are plenty of essential oils that are not hormonal but provide necessary nutrients to the breasts.
