Hey everyone!
I tried posting this in the herbal threads but noone has replied yet so just thought i might as well ask here. I'm going to be taking some skin and hair tonic capsules which i just found out has a total of 850mg of the herb dong quai. I am just worried as i am relatively young (19.5 yrs) and read here that taking herbs before 21 yrs could stunt my growth. And so i was about to purchase bovine ovary (Ultra Breast) but apparently you also can't take herbs with that but will this amount even interact with the BO? I tried researching past threads for dong quai but i couldn't find much about it on its own. There are some other herbs in the capsules as well but none really jump out at me. If anyone could give me some advice that would be great!
