Just to put in my two cents worth, I take 2 early in the day and two late in the day and having some growth results. I also use the Transfemme cream twice a day. http://www.transfemme.com/ I apply it to the breast and rub it in. That gets the cream absorbed and massages the breast also. And yes, the cream stinks, too. As it is absorbed, the smell decreases so you don't smell of it all day. LOL It says to avoid the nipple and aereola area but I concentrate on them. I am noticing nipple growth and no change in aereola color. Hope that helps.
