I heard that breast massages affect your monthly cycle. I recently made a breast massage lotion from fenugreek extract and fish oil and wanted to start massaging but this concerns me. My cycle's already very irregular so I'm not sure I want to do massages if it will make my cycle worse. Did anyone notice a change in their cycle from the messages? If so, is their anything else I can do to get my breast bigger?
