I'm no expert, but I think your plan is good. I think there are others who have had success with these herbs. I've been using a blend from greenbush (Fenugreek, Saw Palmetto, Wild Yam) and I've been getting some growth. You'll have to give your program a try to see where it will get you since we all respond differently.
If you're planning on starting your routine during fall/winter you might want to check out these pages (if you haven't already):

It's just information on starting in the winter months when growth can be difficult to obtain. I think though that if you're planning on working out your booty though you might not have much of an issue there.
I think the dent in your hips is a specific muscle group that just needs to be exercised more, or rather, you should target those groups at different times. I've read that for when you're trying to get sculpted abs you should target each area one day at a time to give your body time to create new cells. Meaning one day you would work on upper abs, the next day lower abs, and so on. It might be wise to check out other sources for exercises like exrx.net or check out some books on the subject. Maybe even your local library may have some exercise tapes.
You're going to be using the fenshui/tiger lily massage, right? One thing that they had in their routine was chicken feet soup, which is an excellent source of collagen. Others here have suggested using supplements if they can't get a hold of chicken feet and have had some success with that.
If you haven't looked at their pages be sure to give them a gander. I think one of them has a list of boobie friendly foods, and if not, that's something you could look into.

Also this is just a page that I found recently detailing different exercises.

Sorry if you're already aware of all of this. I thought I'd mention it anyway in case you weren't. I hope you have success with your program!
