Welcome! As I told you in your other thread, you really want to stay away from herbs while still in puberty, and it'd be better to look at what your lifestyle is like as far as the sort of diet you have and any exercise you do and perhaps do some tweaking there. If you're vegetarian or even worse vegan you most probably are not getting enough protein. If you drink too much soda pop you are also likely to stunt development...
