Just updating measurements before I go away this weekend for a couple of weeks.
It's well timed as I haven't done a real cleanse since end of July.
An update on massage, I have taken to doing this in the shower with a body scrub, as its much more practical to incorporate this into daily life than making up a hot water bottle, etc, seemed like such a palava.
Been using my fenugreek massage oil, and it's not to greasy. I know people are using olive oil, but I've used a massage base oil I bought from boots, soaked FG seeds in it, and it's not greasy at all or grainy, and I don't find it pongs too much of FG.
So as of today, measurements are:
13-Oct-2012:
Bust - 31"
Under - 27"
Over - 30.5"
30-Oct-2012:
Bust - 31.25"
Under - 27.5"
Over - 30.5"
09-Nov-2012:
Bust - 31.25"
Under - 27.5"
Over - 30.5"
03-Dec-2012
Bust: 32"
Under:27"
Over:30.5"
Wonder if ill keep anything while away. All I will do while away is shower massage & body butter. Will be interesting....
