I started back up on taking the herbs today and out of curiosity I decided to measure since I've been experiencing a lot of growing pains for a few days and I'm measuring 34"!! I think it's just some swelling because i doubt in a week i was able to grow 1/2" but something is happening
Hopefully in a month I will have some real growth. I will ramp up my intake in a few days to 3 capsules a day and see if the swelling or growing pains increase
