Hi
After reading one of Doll's threads re hypothyrodism and herbs, although she said she was still learning, it was mentioned that estrogen herbs won't/may not work if you suffer with hypothrodism as it causes estrogen dominance. She kindly informed me about progestrone only, but I am in the UK and my health shop doesn't sell progestrone cream.
As Doll is still learning about this herself, and I didn't want to take over her thread I thought I would create this one (and hopefully it will help Doll as well).
Is it correct that having hypothyrodism we should be looking at taking progestrone ONLY herbs? If so, apart from progestrone cream, what other progestrone herbs are there?
Also, I'm sure I've seen that having thryoid problems and taking herbs can actually make your breasts smaller (I'm sure I was sent a link through a thread, but I didn't have time to read straightaway and now I can't find it) - has anyone else seen this, can anyone post the link again?
Many thanks, and sorry for the long post.
