How big can you get before breasts give you back pain?

If it's a concern, get an exercise ball and use it a few times out of the week while you watch tv. It'll really help strengthen up your back muscles, which will help prevent back pain of any type. I've got scoliosis, so without my corset, I get back pain just from wearing a bra! So I can't give you my personal experience. I really do think it depends on how low your breasts hang, how strong your back is, and how supportive your bra is. Since most women wear a band that's WAAAAYYYYY too big for their bodies, they're probably experiencing back pain that they shouldn't be. The bra should be VERY tight when you first buy it, almost painfully tight, and should then loosen over the first few days of wear so that it's still tight, just not painful. If you find yourself adjusting your bra all day long, it's not a good fit, and is probably going to cause you pain over time.

The problem with buying underband sizes of 32 and under they make the staps and band thinner obviously designing for the very petite women who most regularly buy 32-28 bands so anyone with an ounce of fat covering ribs they sink dig into skin and leave marks so I much prefer buy big band size because its a comfy thick strap and band and take it in to fit I think women who can't do this would be impossible to buy the correct tight fit unless they are very petite because otherwise it hurts and leaves marks I swear bras are not designed by the correct tighter fitting rule
