Yep, while I grow in NBE my nipples itch, that's a sign of growth. I don't necessarily think it's the nipples themselves growing, but possibly that your hormone levels are high. My nipples are the same size they were in the beginning of my NBE journey. Given, I had a child before NBE and I breastfed. Before NBE mine were puffy, they "filled in" I guess? But aren't bigger. I mean they became flatter than they were but are the same size if that makes sense.

I've read that itching is a sign of skin stretching (in general), so I'm sure the same goes for areolas (although I'm also sure some of the itching is also general tissue growth inside the breasts from NBE).
Like I said, my areolas are small if you're looking at them straight-on, but if you look from the side, because they are puffy, they look bigger. So I guess if mine were to "fill in" as you said, they'd in a way be a little bit bigger from the front than I began with, without actually growing in size...if that makes sense...it's hard to explain my kind of logic...
