Does Pain = Growth
#2

Hello frenchy,
I think 1000mg PM per day is quite high already, unless you are having thyroid problem. It really depends on your bra size, health condition, have had children or breastfeeding in the past etc. What brand of PM are you taking?

Some people may not experience 'growing pains' while growing but as for me, I'm having a constant day to day pain and it's different from my PMS pain. It has been a few cycles with no or little luteal swelling and I believe what I experience now is a slow and gradual growth.
