I'm a little worried right now, I started massaging my breasts and taking a very low dose of PM less than a week ago and on my left breast, near my nipple there is what seems like a swollen milk duct or something. I first felt it yesterday but today it seems a little larger. It feels like a milk duct or vein, not sure what else it could be lol. I don't understand, it's only in one spot and it's not tender or anything??

Also, i'm a b cup atm, so I don't really think it's newly budding breast tissue....hopefully, but it's only in one spot :{
