Hi all,
I am switching my program from traditional herbs to PM (starting as soon as my order arrives). I have a question I hope you can answer for me.
I have been using Wild Yam cream applied directly to my breasts for some time. I usually add it just before doing Chi massage.
Should I stop using it when I start PM? I believe Wild Yam does contain phytoestrogens, and from what I read this may actually weaken the PM effects?
