I recently began thinking about nbe after losing 20 pounds over 3 months.
I went from a 32G cup to a 32E. My breasts are so deflated and just sad looking.

I was wondering what everyone's personal tips and suggestions are? I've been massaging them daily for years, but that doesn't seem to be cutting it lol.

Any specific products anyone can recommend to help fill and round them out?
