Anyhoo! You're probably good to try just about anything. A fairly simple starting plan would be something along the lines of Red clover, fenugreek, saw palmetto, and maca. This ought to be safe to just take all cycle. If you want more oomph, you could graduate to a hops or pm based plan, both of which usually need to be cycled.
I hear your grumbling! Some days I think my colleagues and cousins might just take a bat to me since I keep eating all the time and don't gain weight!

Regarding the plan, the only thing that I know for sure is easily available here is fenugreek seeds and the plant itself. Saw palmetto might be available as a supplement from Nutrilite in the form of SP and nettle root blend capsules. I do not know about the others.
Come to that, I do not even know where to begin to incorporate the herbs in my diet!! Please help.
