I looked around and found PM is only available in 500mg capsules from Biovea here in India. The same brand also has SP(160mg) and Maca(500mg), again in capsule form.

Ultimate Nutrition has SP in 160mg softgel form and Flaxseed oil in 1000mg softgel form.

Vitamin Shoppe is the only one which offers Fenugreek in 610mg capsule form. It also offers Flaxseed oil in 1000mg softgel form.

I don't know which product/brand to start off with. I was thinking I would start with SP, Maca and Fenugreek, since you said it could be a constant dosage throughout my cycle. Would that be alright? Or should I also go for PM for the first 14 days? I also thought of going for Flaxseed oil massage, but the oil itself is not available here.

P.S. I forgot to mention that Flaxseed oil is also available from Nature's Bounty in 1000mg softgel form.

Not knowing what you'll be dealing with aside from that marvelously fast metabolism of yours I really can't tell you for certain what your best plan will be. Do whatever you want to!

It is my opinion that if you can handle it, PM is USUALLY better... but not everyone can handle it. And it can even cause a decrease in bust size for some girls!

So... safety is definitely greater in SP, Maca, FG and then FSO massage. But with that safety comes the possibility of ineffectualness.

You can certainly try it for a few months though! Lots of girls HAVE had success with similar plans. Though I do think it would be useful to consider some other phytoestrogen if you aren't going to use PM. As I mentioned before, red clover can often be used all cycle without problems. Flax is perhaps a little too weak, especially when being used for only massage.
