I probably failed to make things clear earlier. I meant that Flaxseed oil is not available as the oil itself for massage. It is only available in the capule/softgel form to be taken orally. Will that work as a substitute for PM? And Red Clover is unavailable too here in India. 
My only options are SP, Maca, FG and PM.
