I just got my RapidBust from HK and OFCOURSE I can't read the instructions. So far I've done for two days and for the first time use I felt tingling. 
ANYWAYS I don't know what to do with the cloth circles. I guess it's suppose to be between your bra and the wet pad?
I will put before and after pictures in the near future.
Oh, I ordered it from Aliexpress.com...the deal was to have 16 BOXES/4 each in one box for $30ish and free shipping. It was better than the $50 I was going to pay for.
