There are two ways to wear it:
For a nose with a dorsal hump (Google "dorsal hump"; you can also see it in my picture). To correct this, you place the Nose Up underneath your hump, where it starts to droop down. This pushes the cartilage up and evens it out so the bump is no longer noticeable. If you feel your nose, you will feel that your dorsal hump is made from bone, and underneath of it is where you can feel the moveable cartilage. So put it where you feel the cartilage starting.
For a nose with a bulbous end (you can see it in my picture as well, where the tip of my nose is fat). To correct this, place the Nose Up on the tip of the nose. It will help push the end of your nose together and make it skinnier.
So, it's been about a week now, maybe a little less, and I'm already seeing some great results. When I take the blue clip off, I notice my hump is less dramatic, and stays like that for a few hours! (Not overnight yet, though.) Also, my nose is already becoming thinner. I thought it was just my eyes playing tricks on me at first, and me being too hopeful, but nooooope! The pink clip has reversable tips: one side, the bumps are thinner, meant to not hurt those with larger noses. On the other side, the bumps are thicker, for those with thinner noses. This clip used to hurt even when I put it on the smaller side, but yesterday I felt nothing whatsoever with it on that side, and switched it to the other side. I'm still wearing it on this side for hours with no pain! I'm so excited! Now only if my nostrils would get slimmer this quickly, too!
I'm also noticing that the thinner my nose gets, the...more obvious...it is...that my nose is REALLY crooked on my face...So I think I'm going to try to wear the pink one more often than the blue one. I already usually wear the pink one at night during work, so that gives me a good bit of time with it on. :3 I also usually wear it whenever I'm watching tv. I think I'll limit my blue one to just one 45min-1hr session each day, just so I have more time to use the straightening pink one!
I'm hoping that in a month I'll see semi-permanent, somewhat drastic results!
Also, I'd like to state that I wear my Nose Up at least an hour a day, for each clip. I usually wear them longer than that, though. Wearing it for short periods of time won't give you results as quickly as I'm getting them.
