Sorry, no I haven't grown at all. I've been experimenting with NBE for over a year now. I started with herbs, then switched to a basic PM program, and now I'm doing the Japanese style of PM program. I've only been following my new Japanese style PM program for one cycle, so it's too soon to say if it's working.
