I'm not too sure about the breast enhancement creams. I'm not saying they don't work but the one's that I have read about don't have a guarantee to work. I have heard of people using fenugreek extract and saw palmetto extract. (Not together though).

I'm going to be using the saw plametto extract at the beginnin of February when I start my plan. But I'm also going to be taking other supplements as well.
