I started to wonder if Dry Body Brushing could be useful in NBE when I came across this article;

It talks about how dry body brushing can eliminate blockages in the lymph nodes and thought i would add it to my regime.
I see no harm in doing this considering it provides a basis for detoxification and general health benefits. As it can help improve blood flow, i figured this would also help stimulate growth in the breasts?
Does anyone already do dry body brushing or are now thinking about trying it?
