I'm not a doctor so I can't diagnose, but I have been to countless doctors. Some surgeons for consultations for fat transfer, some OB/GYN's for my usual female checkups. And everytime, they say "you do realize your breasts are tuberous, right?". When I CLEARLY write that I know I have that on my sign up paperwork. It's quite irritating. So I'd say go to a few doctors and see what their diagnosis is.
