Hi everyone,
I was taking hops for the last 3 months and now I want to switch to red clover,, I have the powder only , now,
1- should I swallow the powder alone , or it's better to make a tea?
2- what dosage to begin with?
3-is it necessary to be cycled?
4-is it ok to take along with fenugreek?
5- should I take progestin contraceptive pills in the luetal phase?
