Hi timarie, I may not read all your post thoroughly regarding cleanse/detox but I see that your main concern is not wanting to lose muscle. I was reading one of your post that you won't eat less than 140g of protein per day to maintain muscle. I'm not sure would this detox be of your interest. I take protein shake along with this.
