I'm new to this forum and I recently found Chiyomilk's program and I wanted to follow it so I was wondering if any of you with more experience could help me put it together(knowing how much of each to take, when to take it, etc)!! I plan to start on my next menstrual cycle and i know theres a specific way to take everything.

I have the:

Purafem (instead of the Ladies Pueraria 99%)

Breast Enlargement Blend by Greenbush (instead of the super Bup drop)

Maruman (instead of whitex)

which contains pig placenta and ill take hyaluronic acid separate (i don't know how much to take of that either separate from the pig placenta)

and i know to drink the nano collagen once a day and thats about it lol
