Sorry I took so late in replying, but got caught up in some family issues and haven't been online much! 
Timarie, thanks so much! I knew about this website, but forgot to check their shipping information. Hopefully I will find something there.
Anastasia, I managed to find a similar product on ebay, which thankfully ships to my location. I have sent a query to the seller since the smallest size that seems to be available is L(36), which is plain too big for me. They claim to have smaller sizes too, so I will go ahead and order one once I receive a positive response.
