Wow! Congrats on your growth!!! Smile I had not come across your thread earlier or i would have had the motivation to start shatavari sooner cos its easily available here ....your growth and plan are very inspiring!! Smile

I had started taking turmeric powder too and within a week, i lost 1 inch!!!! Sad I started turmeric to raise my progestrone levels as i have low P levels...

So you think progestrone reduces growth??? and shatavari is estrogenic right??? you have been taking it in luteal phase. Do you think it has progestrone too. Which brand PM are you using??? i have always been drinking 1/2 ltr of milk everyday for years now...do you think increasing it to 1 ltr/day may make a difference in growth??

sorry for all the questions but am trying to figure out a plan for myself. I have normal estrogen (on the lower side of the range) and low progestrone levels. I think i can say low estrogen and lower progestrone....any suggestions would be great!!! Smile

Thanks!!! You are on your way to achieving your target soon!!! Good Luck !!Smile

Hello Virgina,
thanks for reading. You are from India right? surely it's easy to find Shatavari there : )'ll try to answer your question in numbers.

1) Turmeric - progesterone/anti progesterone. based on my experience it shortened my cycle and made me more sensitive to PM. I have never experience growth while using turmeric.

2) Milk - will make a difference if you're taking it with phyto estrogen. without phyto estrogen you will just gain weight without growing boobs. just make sure you drink enough milk for your calcium need (depends on age and body type)

3) Shatavari is a galactagogue. AFAIK galactagogue herb increases prolactin to increase milk production. but there is a woman who claimed that she became estrogen dominant after using shatavari to increase her milk. I'm not sure about that. Maybe if you're taking it too much it will increase your estrogen level too. another thing about shatavari is its diuretic properties, maybe becos it contains diosgenin. Once again, I'm not really sure about this thing.

4) You can try vitex for progesterone and or Natural progesterone cream.

hey what about Ashwagandha? I think it's used for breast enhancement too and it's an adaptogen. please let me know if you have tried shatavari and ashwagandha.
if I don't see growth this cycle I will not take shatavari, maybe just PM and PC only.

I really miss to feel and see my breast growing. They are constantly sore while growing. Let's pray they will grow again Tongue

btw Do you have a program page? I can drop by and see how you're doing Big Grin
Thanks again Wink
