Hi everyone
After browsing many forums and reading many articles on NBE I decided to ask for help here.
3 months ago I started my nbe program with fenugreek, wild yam, saw palmetto and fennel.
Unfortunately, I had to quit fenugreek because I just couldn't stand the smell of my body. Besides, I started putting on weight significantly.
I'm still taking SP, WY and fennel (I take regular breaks after 2 weeks of drinking fennel tea).
My breasts have been growing veeery slow and I decided to add breast massage. However, I read it's not that healthy, can make your breasts saggy and contibute to tumours. Anyone here has heard about such problems? Maybe just fat transferring massage should do the trick?
In addition, SP lowered my libido significantly and I've decided to take damiana pills instead of WY (Damiana is herbal aphrodisiac used in nbe pills as well).
In conclusion (sorry if my post is chaotic) my routine would be as follows:
* Damiana one pill 2 / day, morning and evening (325 mg each)
* SP one pill / day (320 mg)
* fennel tea 2/ day with regualar breaks after 2 - 3 weeks
* probably fat transferring massage (without breasts massaging) 2 / day.
Could anyone please comment on my decision? I couldn't find any info on Damiana on this forum but I really would like to give it a try because it enhances libido and mood as well. I have the feeling that SP works very slow but I don't want to quit it because it helped me with acne and hair problems.
I don't want to take red clover because it dilutes blood and I already have very hard periods (due to SP I guess).
I know that nbe is natural and it needs some time to work but I feel my progress is really very slow (maybe because I'm a little bit cautious and try not to harm myself with all those herbs
