It is very greasy, I apply it at night and wear just a loose shirt, if I wake up in the night then I'll reapply. My bedroom is very dry so I think it helps me sleep.

As for growth, I haven't seen anything. I have only been taking an avg dose of fenugreek as of right now, so I am not expecting to see much growth. I am waiting on a body cleanse that I ordered, I would like to do that before taking my PM and all my good vitamins (right now I use flinstones vits) because I feel my body will absorb them better after the cleanse, don't want to waste them.

Sooo as for growth, not a whole lot, I see minor swelling but that is good enough for me for right now. Some pains. It is difficult practicing such patience, I want to just run to the fridge and pop a bunch of my pm aha.

But I think once I start taking my pm, the vicks will be good for my first half of cycle on and then I plan on using PC for the second half of my cycle. Fingers are crossed for success!
