You need to pick the size dome that fits you NOW not what you want to be at the end. If you call the NB folks, they will help you pick the right size domes but judging by the info you provided, I'd guess small or possibly medium. If you go too big, you might have problems getting them to "latch on" especially if you don't have much "cushion" (muscle or fat) on your chest.
