I just stopped PM and haven't gotten any breakouts, but I've also been drinking spearmint tea along with my saw palmetto. So if you're worried about it, just try one or both of those. I normally break out a good bit no matter what I do, but adding Spearmint tea has kept me from getting one pimple so far (I've only been on it a few days, but I usually get new pimples at least every other day, so it's definitely working).
Oo ok so by maintaining... U just continue but in smaller dosage?
