Hi all !!!

Just wanted to find out what is safer for increasing progestrone - PC or vitex/(or any other herb)??? anyone has any thoughts on this!!

I am just so scared to use anything not natural.... hence my worry about PC cos even though it is derived from plant extracts, it is converted into progestrone in a lab which makes it kind of artificial Dodgy

.....however lot of ladies around here have used it which is comforting Smile

....
