Have you looked at Ginie's program thread at all? She used PC and shared a wealth of information with us : ).

Wish I could offer you more info on PC and Vitex but I have no experience with either one (I use FG and FN teas instead.)

Hopefully someone else will chime in to shine some light on the matter.
