So the Noogleberry idea didn't go down well. He thought I would hurt myself with it. I am still looking at getting one cheap of ebay and hiding it anyway. In the meantime I have made my own pump out of medical devices, cardboard and a vacuum cleaner (no really). For the cups I used the two halves of the spacer from my asthma puffer. They are different shapes but the circumference is around 11 cm. For tubing I used a mixture of rolled up cardboard tubes and the plastic tubing from my cliniflow (about the only advantage to heart surgery!!). For suction I put the two halves of the spacer on my breasts and jam the ends of the cardboard roles into the end of the vaccum cleaner. I run the vacuum cleaner on low and every 10-15 mins or so take it off and hold heat pads on my breasts. So far I have got 1 cm sweeling from this. I am also trying to order a bradelis bra off a japanese website given the postage cost from the US. I think if I worked on the shape I would fit a 34B properly and wouldn't be far off a 34C. For years I wore a 32A which was my size when I was about 13 or 14. I think my correct size to begin with was 34A, so I have gone 1-2cm up to a 34B since the end of Jan.
