i don't think it's that he's against it, rather he doesn't want you to be disappointed if it doesn't work. my husband is convinced that some companies prey on womens insecurities, over charging for their products or selling low quality crap. most supportive partners think we're perfect just the way we are, this is a good thing, don't hold it against him 
i have to say, honesty is always best. i have a deal with my husband, i can take any pills as long as they're proven to be safe but i won't spend lots of money on gadgets. most of my supplements are good for more than just boobs, so he's fine with them. he's used to me buying expensive creams for my face, so one for my boobs wasn't a big deal. i also don't take my nbe too serious, it doesn't have any effect on my daily life.
