As far as which supplements to take for which hormones... I'm not an expert on that, I still get confused on it myself sometimes lol. If you are looking to go herbal there are plenty of ladies and guys here that know tons on the subject, just posts some questions on the herbal breast enhancement side of the forum. If you are looking to go with other methods like BO, pumping, hypnosis, massage, etc. Basically there's no cycling with BO, the only thing you have to watch for is your temp, you have to make sure it stays normal and not too low, also you need to make sure to get 80 or more grams of protein per day, that's really about it, which is why I loved BO because figuring out the cycling stuff was confusing to me. And of course with pumping, hypnosis and massage that can be done everyday with no breaks.
